QSetc act as Employers Agent or Contract Administrator for clients depending on the procurement choice. We have extensive working knowledge of the various forms of standard construction contracts.
QSetc manage construction contracts on behalf of the Employer for both Traditional and Design & Build procurement. We provide all of the services under the Contract to fulfill either the CA or EA role.
