Independent Monitoring Surveying Projects

A snapshot of some of QSetc's ongoing IMS projects, whereby the development site is visited on a monthly basis to evaluate construction progress, with a follow-up report to the lending institution.

Mark is working on behalf of Ward Williams Associates (WWA), in order to provide consistency of the Team, during the lifetime of a project.

Other IMS projects will commence in 2024, subject to funding being approved by the Lenders.
