The Development
This scheme is being delivered as a joint venture between Telford Homes and Peabody. The 420 unit scheme provides a mix of private rented apartments, and 290 'affordable/shared ownership' apartments, together with an area of commercial space on the ground floor. The development is in three blocks and up to 18 storeys high, around a shared courtyard and is just a few minutes’ walk away from the new Brentford Community Stadium. Brentford is home to Brentford FC and London Irish RFC and the new neighbourhood is just a short distance from the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Royal Botanic Gardens.

The original appointment with WWA was with Redrow Homes and Catalyst by Design and Mark was extensively involved in the sale of the scheme from Redrow to Telford Homes. The role involves acting as a mediator/project administrator on behalf of the joint venture partnership to ensure Telford Homes procure the various works' packages in an appropriate manner, together with reviewing any costs associated with the project to verify these are a bona fide project expense.
Project team meetings, and Project Board Meetings are held on a regular monthly basis to report on progress.
In support of the Board Meetings, Mark collates the information which forms the Project Board Report. Delivery of board minutes and reviewed development costs are delivered within 5 days of each Board Meeting.
For any queries that Peabody raise in terms of procurement, costs and programme, Mark issues the query to the relevant professional at Telford Homes, in order to resolve as quickly as possible.
