The Development
A new 12-unit estate development in the Basingstoke and Deane parish. The intention is that the development will provide 'high quality' affordable housing within the village, coupled with three new private dwellings. The scheme involves a mix of 1-4 bedroom bungalows and houses with a gross internal floor area of 1,246m2.

The provision of an Indicative Cost Estimate in support of the Viability Report requested by the local authority as part of the planning process.
Within one week of instruction by the Client.
Following the submission of the estimate, a series of meetings took place between the client and the viability consultant to review the costs and specification assumptions included in the estimate to ensure these benchmarked with other comparable schemes.
