The Development
The project consists of the construction of 440 apartments in five blocks, with commercial space on the ground floor of one block and a resident’s gym. The development has a Gross Internal Floor Area (“GIFA”) of 42,275m2 (455,014 Sq. Ft.), including the commercial space and a Net Internal Area (“NIA”) of 30,856m2 (332,127 Sq. Ft.).
The development will provide 440 apartments of which 42 are shared ownership and 112 are ‘affordable’ for rent.

The preparation of an Indicative Cost Estimate.
Within 7 days of receiving an instruction from the Client to proceed, alongside receipt of detailed drawings, plans and project team reports.
The Client was happy with the Indicative Cost Estimate and no further action is required by QSetc at this stage.
