QSetc act as Employers Agent, Contract Administrator or Project Administrator for clients depending on the procurement choice.  These roles are undertaken alongside our traditional Quantity Surveying role.  We undertake a variety of additional tasks for our clients, including procurement, managing the tender process, undertaking financial management and robust administration of the adopted Contract.  Schemes range in value from £2m to £120m.

QSetc has extensive experience working with clients from a wide range of sectors, providing honest and practical advice, covering all aspects of cost control and the procurement process for construction developments.  Our projects range from refurbishments of owner-occupied dwellings through to new build multi-million-pound schemes.  Schemes range in value from £6m to £122m. 

QSetc work with Developers and Planning Consultants to provide estimates in support of Viability Reports.  In addition, where costs are queried by a planning authority, we provide 'live' market data to support the costs that we have reported.  Schemes range in value from £1m to £45m.

QSetc work with Lenders for construction projects to identify and assess the various risks in a project and consider how these are being mitigated by the developer to reduce the potential exposure of the lender.  Mark is often asked by Lenders for his professional views on elements of these and other developments that the Lender is considering funding.  Schemes range in value from £1.5 million to £65 million.
