QSetc has extensive experience working with clients from a wide range of sectors, providing honest and practical advice, covering all aspects of cost control and the procurement process for construction developments.  Our projects range from refurbishments of owner-occupied dwellings through to new build multi-million-pound schemes.

QSetc works with lenders for construction projects to identify and assess the various risks in a project and consider how these are being mitigated by the developer to reduce the potential exposure of the lender.  Schemes range in value from £500k - £250m.

QSetc work as Lead Consultant on a variety of construction projects, managing design teams through the project process from inception to completion.

QSetc act as Employers Agent or Contract Administrator for clients  depending on the procurement choice.  We have extensive working knowledge of the various forms of standard construction contracts.

QSetc work with Developers, Landowners and Planning Consultants to provide 'robust' and defendable Indicative Cost Estimates to support Viability Reports for Planning Applications.  In addition, we undertake cost estimate peer reviews.  Schemes range in value from £300k up to £100m.
