Client Follow Up

The provision of a Tender Process for the subcontract packages involving the collation of Tender documentation, which was then sent out to 3-4 subcontractors for each package of the works, analysing and adjudicating the tender returns, and writing up reports with recommendations per Tender package.  Ongoing communications with each of the subcontractors and then putting in place a Contract with the Client's preferred subcontractor for each package of works.

Ongoing since February 2023.

A regular, sometimes weekly report is submitted to the Client, detailing Quotes received, and conversations held with each subcontractor.  The Tender reports are submitted once all Quotes have been received by the subcontractors for any one package and include QSetc's email correspondence with each subcontractor.

Once all tender packages have been received, Cleanslate will negotiate with preferred tenderers, and QSetc will put Contracts in place on behalf of Cleanslate.
