A high-quality development of 20 'private' for sale homes, in the village of Box, Wiltshire within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The mixture of two, three and four bedroom homes have all the benefits of a stunning village location about 3 miles from Corsham and 5 miles from Bath.

The project is a Joint Venture ("JV") between a developer and the landowner. The role is to ensure the developer is following 'good practice' in terms of procurement, identifying cost risk/opportunity and ensuring valuations of work are reflective of the work undertaken by the developer.
A monthly report is written following each site visit, which is then reviewed at the monthly JV Board Meetings.
After each monthly JV Board Meeting, the Client will identify specific items that they would like covering in the following month's report, e.g. value opportunities and contractual obligations.
