The provision of an Indicative Cost Estimate detailing an elemental breakdown of the building and typical fit-out costs for each apartment type.
Within two days of receipt of the drawings from the Architect.
Following design consultation with the local authority, the scheme was 'tweaked' to suit requirements of the Planners. QSetc then revisited the Estimate to ensure it included all items detailed on the planning drawings.
