A new 18-unit development in Bude, Cornwall. The development will provide ten 'private' houses, eight of which will be 3-bedroom, and two, 2-bedroom, alongside five 'private' apartments consisting of four 2-bedroom, and one 1-bedroom. There will also be 3 retail units.

The provision of a 'cost to complete' report, identifying works already undertaken by the previous developers, to enable Captiva Homes to negotiate a fair price to buy and complete the build of this development.
Within two weeks of instruction by the Client, which included a visit to site to inspect progress on a unit-by-unit basis.
A brief meeting was held with the client to discuss the Construction Status Report, with a request to add a further section describing the condition of the current site.
