QSetc was founded by Mark Stevens FRICS, who has 30 years' of post-qualification experience, across a range of sectors within the construction industry.
Mark has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the cost management of construction projects at all stages and has built long-lasting relationships with his clients over the years, who return time and again to utilise his skills and knowledge.
Mark works proactively with his clients and industry partners to ascertain the best value solution for each project, which is integral to the success of any development. His honest, conscientious and ‘hands-on’ approach is appreciated by all of the project team, and ensures the most cost-effective solutions for project delivery are considered at every stage, without removing the design intent.
Meet Mark ...
After graduating from the University of Reading in 1993, Mark’s career commenced at Gardiner & Theobald in London.
Mark then spent 15 years in Northampton and Bristol as a Partner of a mixed discipline practice, GSSArchitecture.
In 2013, Mark joined Gleeds in London, where he was a Director responsible for the residential team, delivering a diverse range of projects.
Mark joined Ward Williams Associates in 2017 as a Partner leading the newly established Salisbury office.
Having successfully built up two offices from a ‘standing start’ in both Bristol (GSSArchitecture) and Salisbury (Ward Williams Associates), QSetc was launched in February 2023.
