The Development
The project consists of the development of the existing retail building into nine residential apartments, situated on the first, second and third floors, alongside the retention and refurbishment of the existing ground floor retail unit, and extensions to the rear of the site and on the top of the existing 2-storey front. The development has a gross internal floor area of 947m2. The apartments will be a mix of four 1-bedroom, three 2-bedroom, and two 3-bedroom.
