Viability Estimating
QSetc work with Developers and Planning Consultants to provide estimates in support of Viability Reports. In addition, where costs are queried by a planning authority, we provide 'live' market data to support the costs that we have reported. Development schemes range in value from £1m to £66m.
We provide robust estimates, to support Viability Reports, as part of the planning process. We prepare a bespoke estimate for each scheme, taking account of any project-specific abnormal costs, as well as using elemental rates which are reflective of market conditions, rather than applying a “blanket” benchmarked cost per unit sq. m.
