Overview
This scheme is the redevelopment of the former COMAG Works at the corner of Tavistock Road and Winnock Road. Three linked blocks step from four storeys against the Victorian terraces on Winnock Road up to eight on Tavistock Road, with a landscaped podium garden over the car park at the centre of the site.
