Over thirty-three years Mark has priced schemes, administered the contracts that delivered them, monitored spend on behalf of funders and settled final accounts. That range means Mark can talk through a scheme before anything is committed to paper. Clients often call to discuss an idea, a site or an option they are weighing up, and that conversation is part of the service, not something we charge for separately.
