Overview
This scheme is the construction of 233 homes on land off Radwinter Road, comprising houses, townhouses, bungalows and apartments across eight house types. 143 units are private and 90 affordable, the affordable element split between affordable rent and shared ownership. The mix runs from 1 to 5 bedrooms, and 55 per cent of the site is open public space.
Gross internal floor area is 25,510 sqm. Reserved matters were approved under UTT/25/1568/DFO, pursuant to outline consent UTT/21/2509/OP.
