Overview
This scheme is the redevelopment of part of the North Kent College Dartford campus off Oakfield Lane, alongside Dartford Golf Course. 48 new houses and 18 new affordable apartments are built around a new public green, and the listed Kingsfield mansion, built in 1806, is converted to 27 apartments.
65 homes are private and 28 affordable, a 30 per cent provision. The mix is 14 one bedroom, 32 two bedroom, 28 three bedroom, 15 four bedroom and four five bedroom homes.
Gross internal floor area is 8,603 sqm. Planning permission was granted by Dartford Borough Council under 23/01434/FUL.
