Overview
This scheme is the development of land at Amersham Road, Hazlemere, for 259 homes set around a landscaped central green. The layout is organised into five character areas, with houses of two and two and a half storeys through most of the site and apartment buildings addressing the public open space.
181 homes are private, 20 are First Homes and 58 are shared ownership or affordable rent. The mix is 45 one-bedroom, 50 two-bedroom, 119 three-bedroom and 45 four-bedroom homes. Public open space runs to 2.96 hectares, above the 2.77 hectares the local plan requires.
Gross internal floor area is 24,460 sqm. Planning permission was granted by Buckinghamshire Council under 21/08364/FUL.
