Overview
This scheme is the redevelopment of 127 Chiltern Drive and Chiltern Works, a mixed use site off the Kingston bypass. Two blocks provide 43 apartments, 20 in Block A and 23 in Block B, over flexible commercial floorspace at ground floor and undercroft parking. The existing Chiltern Works unit is retained and refurbished.
The mix is 17 one bedroom, 17 two bedroom and nine three bedroom apartments. Gross internal floor area is 4,436 sqm, of which 3,935 sqm is residential and 501 sqm commercial.
Planning permission was granted by the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames under 21/03876/FUL.
What we did
QSetc prepared an Indicative Cost Estimate in August 2024, and re-estimated the scheme in September 2025 for a section 73 variation. The commercial floorspace, undercroft parking and refurbishment were priced separately.
