Overview
This scheme is the residential led redevelopment of Amen Corner South, a site between London Road and the A329(M). 302 homes are arranged across four character areas, Amen Corner Gateway, Woodland Walk, Forest View and Residential Core, each with its own scale, materials and relationship to the open space around it.
196 homes are private and 106 affordable, a 35 per cent provision. The scheme runs from one bedroom apartments to four bedroom houses, mostly two and two and a half storeys, with flatted blocks of up to four storeys marking the entrance and the main loop road. There is 2,500 sqm of commercial floorspace.
Gross internal floor area is 27,804 sqm, 8,375 sqm of apartments, 16,928 sqm of houses and 2,500 sqm commercial. Outline permission was granted by Bracknell Forest Council under 18/00242/OUT.
What we did
QSetc prepared an Indicative Cost Estimate in February 2026, with the apartments, houses and commercial floorspace priced separately, together with the new spine road through the site.
