Overview
Abacus Corner is the final phase of the Harbour Village masterplan at Ebbsfleet Garden City. 66 apartments in two blocks of up to five storeys, together with two private houses, on a 0.58 ha site between College Road and Robins Creek.
46 apartments are private and 20 shared ownership. The mix is 29 one-bedroom and 37 two-bedroom apartments, and two three-bedroom houses. Gross internal floor area is 6,081 sqm.
The scheme completes the connection between Harbour Village and the wider site, extending the Fastrack route and the riverside public realm.
What we did
An Indicative Cost Estimate prepared at the start of the design process and revised as the scheme developed. QSetc also costed the four earlier phases of Harbour Village, so the client has priced the whole masterplan on one consistent basis.
