Overview
This scheme is the redevelopment of the former Wadworth's Brewery on Northgate Street, providing 40 houses and 61 apartments together with a community workshop and a retail unit. Part of the existing brewery is demolished, with the listed frontage retained and refurbished around a new public square.
Gross internal floor area is 10,769 sqm, of which 190 sqm is retail. Planning permission and listed building consent were granted under PL/2023/03573 and PL/2023/04812.
What we did
QSetc prepared a measured Cost Plan from RIBA Stage 2 to 4 information, covering the new build and the refurbishment of the retained brewery buildings.
