Overview
This scheme is the redevelopment of the former De Rougemont Manor hotel on Great Warley Street. The main hotel building and its stable block are converted, and new houses are built along a new street through the site, with the parkland and its lake retained to the south west.
The Cost Plan covers Phase 1A and Phase 1B together, the 15 houses and the six apartments, and the stables and hotel conversion. House sizes run from 82 sqm to 267 sqm.
What we did
QSetc prepared the Stage 4 Cost Plan in September 2025, measured from the drawings and priced plot by plot.
We prepared the Order of Cost Estimate and the Cost Plan in September 2024 and updated the cost plan in September 2025, having managed the tender process. The cost plan covers the new and converted homes. The refurbishment of the hotel building is a later phase, which we will cost plan separately.
