Overview
This scheme is the redevelopment of 17-21 Dingwall Road in Croydon Metropolitan Centre, a short walk from East Croydon station. Two blocks rising to 27 storeys sit over a shared entrance lobby, with a 1,294 sqm health centre, a residents' gym and a residents' lounge at the base.
179 apartments are private and 20 shared ownership or affordable. The mix is 115 one bedroom, 65 two bedroom and 19 three bedroom homes. Gross internal floor area is 19,187 sqm.
Planning permission was granted by the London Borough of Croydon under 21/02431/FUL.
What we did
QSetc prepared Cost Plan 1 in August 2023, following an earlier Indicative Cost Estimate, and updated it in June 2024. At the same time we costed a reduced option of 130 apartments in two blocks of up to 16 storeys.
