Planning permission for the extension and refurbishment of this Colliers Wood hotel was granted in August 2025. The option shown here is a larger alternative, taking the hotel from 156 keys to 204.

Under the option costed, 150 existing keys are retained and refurbished and 54 new keys added, with prefabricated bathroom pods throughout the new rooms and nine ground floor rooms fitted with kitchenettes. Only 18 of the 54 new keys fall within the existing consent.

There is around 5,800 sqm of refurbishment and 1,100 sqm of new build over basement, ground and three upper floors plus roof level. Gross internal floor area is 6,899 sqm.
