The Development

The project consists of the construction of 66 new houses and 104 apartments in four blocks. The development has a Gross Internal Floor Area (“GIFA”) of 14,530m2 (156,401 Sq. Ft.) and a Net Internal Area (“NIA”) of 12,381m2 (133,267 Sq. Ft.).

 

The development will provide 55 private houses, 55 private apartments, 11 houses and 49 apartments designated as ‘affordable’ (either via shared ownership or for rent).

The preparation and submission of an Indicative Cost Estimate.

Within 4 days of receipt of detailed drawings and plans.

The Design Team continued to 'tweak' elements of the designs in the following two weeks of submission of our Indicative Cost Estimate.  QSetc adjusted the Estimate to take account of the these alterations.
